INTRODUCTION
We provide remote services & solutions to Insurance agencies based out of United States and Canada. We have a specialized team of 15 people currently working with 5 insurance agencies. We are expanding at a commendable rate as our remote employee model has become success overtime. Our remote employees reside in Pakistan which is a country based out of South East Asia. We have trained all of our remote assistance providers through "Total CSR" for the insurance world. We ensure that all remote assistance come with complete knowledge and vigilance to perform all tasks proficiently. Our clients never worry about their back office and support work as our team is highly efficient and has great time management skills to deliver outstanding service despite of being remotely employed.
Born and brought up in Dubai. Eldest in the family had to learn and earn early. Worked for Trade shows, banking industries, petroleum companies and owned a hotel supply business and a diving and salvage company in Dubai. After recession of 2008 decided to move to America. Worked as a realtor for Coldwell Bankers for 2 years and now an owner of services and solution business for insurance companies.
A strong-headed & selfmade person. I started my career at the age of 16 and have been working ever since. I hold a vast experience of the proffesional world as I have worked for 8 different industries over the course of my career. I take pride in whatever I do and refuse to give up until the job is done. from an intern at an Event Managment firm in Dubai World Trade Center to being the Vice President- Sales at Starlight, this journey has been amazing.
A self driven and emotionally intelligent individual. I take my work very seriously and make sure that all tasks and projects are completed on time. I have been in the services business for quite a few years. Previously as Project Manager and currently as Manager Operations.

Malik is a professional in generating leads and helping businesses grow to their full potential. He believes that brand awareness is crucial in generating new revenue. Malik is a master in running ROI driven marketing campaigns and enjoys building new brands. He also provides design, development, and creative leadership to companies. His client's are always his first priority.

All of our remote employees are familiar and proficient at sales and servicing work on State Auto, Progressive, Allstate, Safeco, Farmers Insurance, Nationwide, Travelers. Also Agency management softwares like Saleforce, Agency Matrix, Hawksoft, Jenises and many more. Our quoting and binding professionals provide quotes in the form of comparison graphs and summaries so that none of the insurance agents have to dig deep into an application just to check the premiums. We also provide Lead Generation and Marketing solutions to our clients.
